The QuickPouch Horizontal is the cousin of the popular QuickPouch Vertical. Like the Vertical, the QuickPouch Horizontal is specifically built for the Medical and IVD industries. The system consists of two modules, the QuickPouch Horizontal, and the QuickPouch Tray Former. The standard unit is a portable pouch manufacturing machine that heat forms either peelable, or standard pouches. The Horizontal can make 4 sided sealed pouches, or can be used with loading as an option as a form fill seal machine for flat or small pouches. A heavy duty aluminum backbone frame has been designed for heavy duty, three-shift operations.
