Adaptive has designed and built a variety of equipment for the manufacturing and packaging of IVD and Diagnostic Test Strips. Our technology employs both "'common knowledge' from this industry, plus machinery and concepts from our extensive experience in plastic parts assembly and semi automatic and automatic packaging for the Medical Device Industry.

Adaptive has extensive experience in the assembly of lateral flow strips into their cases, and the subsequent packaging, as well as flow through devices. We've designed and built modules for strip cuitting and loading, case loading, case assembly, case closing, and packaging.

Our work in small parts feeding and assembly has included industrial products, pharmaceutical devices, medical devices, and other high quality, medium to high volume production. Our machines can produce a volume ranging from 500,000 per year to 500,000 per year (24 million per year)

Vertical Test Strip Module

This module is designed for a system where the test strip is to be dropped end-wise. It can be used to supply cut strips to an assembly, or for direct loading into a case or package.
