The QuickPouch Micro is an economical alternative to the pouch opening problem. This unit is portable (less than 25 lbs.) uses very little air, and is simple to operate. The self time function in auto mode is an excellent way to set a pace for production. All changeovers can be done with supplied tools in 10 minutes or less. The laminated instruction sheet will guide operators through all setups. This unit does not include a heat sealer, allowing you to use your current already validated heat sealer.

The QuickPouch Micro II is the big brother of our workhorse, the QuickPouch Micro. Built as a heavier duty version of the Micro, it boasts equivalent speed, yet it is still small enough to be moved between your work stations. This unit can handle larger pouches as well, it is also your best choice for an upgrade to handle gusseted pouches.
