The unit is portable, weighing less than 35lbs, and is simple to operate. The system can be operated at an adjustable machine pace of up to 24 cycles per minute, or at the operator's pace as controlled by the foot pedal.

The Micro Plus acts like an extra set of hands for the operator, presenting and opening the pouch to allow product to be loaded with minimal human contact and effort, keeping the operators fingers outside of the pouch at all times. After the product has been inserted into the pouch the unit releases it, allowing it to be sealed with a separate heat sealer.
