Printing on Pouch Our standard pre-engineered (optional) printing system is the VideoJet DataFlex Plus thermal transfer printer. This system prints high resolution images for marking variable information such as dates, bar codes, batch codes, ingredients, logos, and marketing information onto flexible film packaging. The system prints using a ribbon style print. It can print text and images at 300 dpi in an area up to 3 inches long by 2 inches wide on the base system, or 3 inches long by 4 inches wide with the expanded system. No routine cleaning with solvents is required. Printing is done on the web before it is heat sealed. The full printer integration includes mounting brackets for print head, mounting of printer enclosure, and electrical connections for the print signal. Video

Folder Mechanism Allows dual sided printing to be registered, and/or a 3 sided seal.

Desiccant Dispenser This system will use a reel of desiccant pouches. The pouches will be pulled from an unwind stand using a closed loop servo drive. A photocell will find the gap (seal area) of each pouch, then position at the cutter blade for precise, reliable cuts. Sensors will monitor the process. This system will deposit the desiccant automatically into the pouch. The dispenser's control will be integrated into the controls of the QuickPouch Vertical. Note: The expanded control panel option is required. Display of the alarms and control of the unit are displayed through the touchscreen controller. Video
