The QuickPouch Horizontal is the cousin of the popular QuickPouch Vertical. Like the Vertical, the QuickPouch Horizontal is built specifically for the medical and diagnostic device field.
The system consists of two modules, the QuickPouch Horizontal and the QuickPouch Tray Former. The standard unit is a portable pouch manufacturing machine that heat forms either peelable or standard pouches. The Horizontal can make 4 sided sealed pouches, or can be used with loading option as a form/fill/seal machine for flat or small pouches. A heavy duty aluminum backbone frame has been designed for heavy duty three-shift operations.
