The QuickClose is designed to ensure accurate, reliable, closed diagnostic test kit cases, even on kits that require high pressure or have irregular surfaces. The system works by using a conveyor to push the cases under a custom contoured press head. This head continually cycles up and down to a set pressure. The system is usually set up so each kit experiences multiple compression cycles. The standard variable in-feed conveyor has adjustable side guides, this allows operators to 'build' the test kit on the conveyor like a production line. The standard 6 foot conveyor allows 5 operators to sit comfortable on either side and load components. The pace of the line is set by the cassette base loader. Optional autoloading of certain components is available.
