The QuickCoil automatically coils, cuts, and bands wire, tubing, fiber optic material, and similar materials. Adaptive's coiling equipment is designed to quickly and efficiently produce coils for your process as a totally automated system. Production rates vary between 10-20 coils per minute, depending on style of coil, band, and length of material. This system has been used for difficult to wind materials where handling is an issue.
