The Philosophy of the QuickLine™ program is to develop certain specialty machines, and apply standardized automation solutions to a robust basic machine design. This yields a standard machine with many of the benefits of customized equipment. The efficiency of this program means that most product customizations can be done within a standard lead time and for little or no additional cost, while reducing labor costs, especially with the use of available automatic loading.

Here at Adaptive, we have designed and built equipment to produce IVD devices since our inception.

The requirements of manufacturing these devices need to be adhered to throughout the design, fabrication, assembly, and testing process. Adaptive can also assist the customer by providing information for the URS (user requirement specification), the DS (design specification), and the FAT (factory acceptance test).

Adaptive has experience with a variety of strip test kits and flow through style test kits. Our experience with small part assembly equipment, as well as precision metering, optical and visual inspection, and cutting technologies has served our customers well.

Adaptive has provided turn key combination assembly and packaging equipment as well. Our experience in autoloading style equipment has been valuable in creating quick, efficient systems at up to 80 pouches per minute.
